This Refund and Returns Policy applies to purchases made from Ashorii.

Physical Products

Physical products sold on this website are made to order. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on both defective and non-defective items, provided the product is returned in new, unused condition.

Non-defective returns (change of mind): You may return an eligible item within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and the item must arrive in new, unused condition. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved cases will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days, depending on the payment provider.
